WINEMAKER NOTES

A very special wine. Once tasted, never forgotten - so pleasing is its aromatic richness and strength. Fine spices, cloves and the gentle fragrance of roses characterise and emphasise the traits and the overall elegance of this impressive wine. It is here, on the hills between Appiano and Termeno, that the Gewürztraminer grape originated. The wine is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes, especially crustaceans, lobster and crab, or to foie gras and other pâtès. Yet it is also a fine wine for enjoying on its own.
