WINEMAKER NOTES

The grapes for this fine, fresh and fruity Pinot Grigio come from selected vineyards from the "Anger" location in St. Michael-Appiano. Its colour is light yellow with a slight green lustre. Delicate fruity aromas with fragrances reminiscent of ripe pears typify the bouquet. The limestone soils in the "Anger" bestow the Pinot Grigio with its noble structure with its fine balance, the delicate level of acidity and the lingering aftertaste. It is a modern wine with tradition, the Pinot Grigio "Anger". A wine which, when served chilled, tastes delicious as an aperitif and serves as an accompaniment to many Mediterranean appetisers, fish and white meat dishes.
