2009 PINOT NERO

WINEMAKER NOTES

Without any doubt one of the most valuable and sophisticated red wines. With a dazzling garnet red colour the Pinot Nero is irresistible owing to its aromas reminiscent of wild berries – from blackberries to blackcurrants. Its taste literally melts in the mouth and satisfies every palate with its elegant richness.

Zone of Production - Vineyards at Appiano, Caldaro and Mazzon

Breeding - Guyot

Harvest - mid-September

Yield - 60 hl/ha

Winemaking - Fermentation in steel tanks, and ageing in large wooden casks

Residual Sugar: 3.5 g/l
Acidity: 5.1 g/l
