| Our goal is to create a Côtes du Rhône white that brings together freshness with richness. For this we look for vines planted on terroirs with less sun exposure, in majority on the right bank of the Rhône and in higher altitudes. The choice of grapes is also fundamental:White Grenache (around 20%) and Viognier (80%) split this blend. The apertif is the favourite playing field for this white Vin Gourmand, as it is sufficiently rich to be able to seduce those who are not familiar with the appellation and sufficiently vivacious so as to not cut your appetite. An early harvest, vinification at low temperatures without oxidation..and voilà- here you have a Vin Gourmand-straw yellow in color with a particularly rich nose that surprises by its amplitude and precision. Exotic fruits (litchi, mango..) citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), yellow peach and apricot fight for first place on the nose. On the palate this wine associates a round attack with a very pure final and plenty of vivacity. |
