Celador is named after Orozco-Barrientos’ Grammy winning song “Celador de Sueños”.Lunlunta, Luján de Cuyo, MendozaColor: Ruby red color, with appealing purplish tones.
Nose: Intense expressing plum and dry fig aromas, with clear chocolate and spicy notes that grant certain complexity.
Mouth: It expresses a soft chocolate and vanilla feature, releasing notes of red fruits, plums and raspberries at midpalate. It has an elegant and balanced finish, the result of its sweet and mature tannins.Cold Soak: Pre-fermentation at 10° for 24 hours
Alcoholic Fermentation: At 25-27° in stainless steel tanks for 10 days
Malolactic Fermentation: In oak barrels
Alcohol: 13.5%
Oak Ageing: 12 months
Oak Type: French & American barrels (50% each)
Barrel age: 1-2 years
Varietal Breakdown: 100% Malbec from Lunlunta, Mendoza
Vineyard Information: 15 year old vines, VSP trained
