This is a sophisticated blend of some of Napa Valley's most revered vineyards. For structure and classic Bench character (known to some as "Rutherford Dust") we blended Cabernet from the famed Vineyard Georges III in Rutherford, with Beckstoffer To Kalon fruit, heralded for its finesse and depth. We added a sizeable measure of Cabernet from our estate vineyards in the easter hills of the Valley to contribute higher tones and a more masterful character.This exhilarating Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a seductive red and black veil - redy to unleash and scite one's senses! The aroma has a heady bouquet of black cherry reduction, ripe black berry fruit and a background of sweet vanillin and medium oak toast. The palate is precocious and seductive, with an approachable yet complex entry of candied cherries and ripe plums. The palate is structured for an excellent cellar future. Cellared correctly, this wine should thrive for 8 to 12 years or more.Varietal Content: 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Syrah
