Richbourg is a 8.03 hectare(19.85 acres)vineyard that is divided into two climats. Les Richbourgs(12.5 acres) and Les Verroilles ou Richbourgs(7.4 acres).Pierre Rovani notes:
Medium brick-colored and with an amber edge, this Richebourg bursts from the glass with a great waxy nose of ripe black fruits. Oily-textured, sensual, and rich, it is densely packed with dark berries as well as spices. Its lengthy finish is refreshingly vibrant, offering a marvelous juxtaposition to its lush mid-palate.
