2007 Domaine Dujac Gevrey Chambertin Aux Combottes add to summary
89-91 Medium red. Subtle spices and pepper on the rather closed nose (this was recently racked and sulfured). A step up in texture over the foregoing samples, offering deep red fruit and spice flavors enlivened by a peppery nuance. Finishes firm and brisk, but with enticing sweetness.
