2009 SAUVIGNON LAHN

TASTING NOTES
An intensive white wine - not just in colour, but in fragrance and taste. The secret of this white wine lies in the special features of the area in which it is culivated: Lahn in Appiano. These vineyards only produce a small yield, yet what they produce is typified by sustained character and qualtiy. Its delicious and strong aromas, reminiscent of elderberry and honey, leave behind an abundance of lingering sensations on the palate. This wine, served straight from the cellar, makes a huge impression even when served young: a long maturing process in the bottle, however, enhances its density and its complexity.
