TASTING NOTES
An intense ruby red colour, it has a distinctive wood-berry bouquet with a tinge of vegetable scenting towards the end. In the mouth the wine is smooth with a persistent spicy finish.

Harvest period: End of September

Vinification: Following destemming, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermally controlled stainless steel tanks.

Fermentation temperature: 26-27°C

Duration of alcoholic fermentation: 14-16 days

Bottling period: February 2010

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
