INTRODUCTION
To provide a full expression of the strong and decisive nature of its land of origin, our wines are based on a very scrupulous selection of indigenous and international vines, the latter all grown exclusively in our vineyards of Santa Margherita di Pula.

The low yields, the hand picking in small baskets, the painstaking selection of the bunches and the strict specifications for the ageing process transform our grapes into ‘Feudi della Medusa’ wines whose quality is an essential prerequisite and a goal we are constantly striving towards.

Vinification: The grapes are hand picked in small baskets, after destemming and crushing, the fermentation steeping takes place in thermally controlled steel vats.
