Congratulations to Losada Vinos de Finca for the recent press on Altos de Losada 2019! This wine is made from 100% Mencía grapes and is sourced from 21 small estate vineyards in Valtuille de Arriba, Spain. Fruit was hand-harvested from 40–60 year old vines, grown on steep clay slopes. Each parcel was vinified separately, and naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and 15 months of aging takes place in oak barrels.
