I was born and raised in the culinary and coastal city of Lima during the golden era of Peruvian Soccer. I moved to the US shortly after finishing high school where I built a career in the hospitality industry working through all positions in fine dining in Miami & New York until I eventually crossed over to wholesale for many years before joining The Sorting Table.
