Harvest Notes
  • Guyot simple short pruning and removal
  • Immediately after harvesting, very precise hand selection performed on the sorting table
  • 1 month maceration and micro-oxygenation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
  • Aged 12 months in tank, bottled in September
  • Bottle aged Tuffeau underground cellars for 12 months before release
Winemaker's Notes

Dark & red fruit nose (prunes, blackberries), with nearly buttery notes coming from the micro-oxygenation, perfectly and naturally delivering the ripeness. Ample palate with blackcurrant, licorice, nice vanilla notes. Fruity, extremely balanced and a rich, long finish. Pleasure now and also has years of aging potential to deliver even more aromatic complexity, more masculine and terroir notes. Very classy, a “big wine.”
