The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc gives a wonderfully intense nose of fresh grapefruit, mandarin peel and yuzu with nuances of sage, stuck flint and wet pebbles. Light to medium-bodied, it bursts in the mouth with citrus on tropical fruit flavors with just enough herbal and mineral accents to provide interest through the long finish.
