Winemaker's Notes

This blended Premier Cru Rosé wears a pink dress with almost fluorescent purple highlights. A fine and elegant nose of floral notes and aromas of red fruits, red currant and raspberry. More indulgent notes of blackberry and blackcurrant candy linger. The palate is sharp and lively with red currant and a crisp, mineral finish.

  • Cold settling at 4°C for 72 hours, then alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
  • Vinification in stainless steel vats for 6 – 8 months.
  • Cellar aging for approximately 18 months at a constant temperature of 11°C.
  • Dosage: 7 g/l.
