BACk TO TEAM PAGE Paige Fey Market Manager - Southern California

Short bio

Raised in Sat Lake City, I attended the University of Utah with a focus in International Studies and Foreign Relations. My family is full of avid travelers, so I knew I needed a career that could take me abroad.

One summer spent in Siena, Italy, on the edge of Chianti is where my love for wine became my passion. I knew it was meant to be more than a weekend hobby. I moved to California and worked my way up through the distributor, making my way to where my passion lies, imports!

My new weekend hobbies include hiking, cooking, days on the beach, and spending time with my fiancé and our cat, Miss Whiskers.

Where have you lived?

Salt Lake City, UT – Boulder, CO – Laguna Beach, CA

First Car

A manual, cherry red Volkswagen beetle convertible.

How did you start in the wine business?

My “ah-ha” moment came during a pre-shift wine tasting in a small Italian restaurant in Salt Lake City. It was a Chianti Classico that made me realize there was more to life than magnums of Cabernet Sauvignon! Shortly after I was able to travel throughout Tuscany for a summer and decided wine needed to be more than a hobby. I moved to California and started with a distributor, working my way to the import side. I’ve found my home!
