The Wine
Harvest Notes
- An early harvest, vinification at low temperatures without oxidation…and voilà- here you have a Vin Gourmand-straw yellow in color with a particularly rich nose that surprises by its amplitude and precision.
- Exotic fruits (litchi, mango..) citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), yellow peach and apricot fight for first place on the nose.
- On the palate this wine associates a round attack with a very pure finish and plenty of vivacity.
