Côtes du Rhône Blanc – Vin Gourmand – 2015

Our goal is to create a Côtes du Rhône white that brings together freshness with richness. For this we look for vines planted on terroirs with less sun exposure, in majority on the right bank of the Rhône and in higher altitudes.

• Straw yellow in color with a particularly rich nose that surprises by its amplitude and precision.
• Exotic fruits (litchi, mango…), citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), yellow peach and apricot fight for first place on the nose.
• On the palate this wine associates a round attack with a very pure final and plenty of vivacity.

• Made from Viognier (66%), White Grenache (22%) and Marsanne (12%) grapes.
• Fermented in stainless steel tank.
• Aged in stainless steel tanks.
• Aged for 3 months.
