Winemaker's Notes
A refined, yet wholly classic Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. Densely aromatic, with lush notes of passionfruit, tropical fruits and dried herbs. The palate is vibrant and balanced, yet dry with ripe sherbet-like acidity giving great length.

Give this some good swirls in the glass for it to unlock the honeyed pear, pineapple rind, lime pith and snow pea aromas. Once they’re out, they’re hard notto stop smelling. The pithy palate is equally appealing, from the slippery texture to the bright, lemony thirst-quenching acidity. Drink up.
