- Cold start to 2025 season but little frost; light rains through spring
- A little heat in December; careful fruit management

- Long, cool fermentation
- Short aging on lees in stainless

Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Gently aromatic with tropicals, passionfruit and dried herbs. A focused palate with juicy acidity.
