Winemaker's Notes

A flexible wine for meals and relaxing on the terrace. Luminous yellow with glints of green. Fruity aromas, reminiscent of apple and pear. Crisp acidity on the palate. Balanced, refined and pleasant overall.

Delicious with mediterranean antipasti, fish, white meat, pasta and pizza. It also pairs well with mild cheeses, and for example a Profesen with Ricotta cheese filling.
