Winemaker's Notes
Bright yellow color with glints of green. Fruity aromas of ripe apple, melon and banana on the nose. Fresh and juicy with a persistent finish.
Pair with porcini carpaccio as a starter, “pasta fredda” the Italian pasta salad, and light cuisine.
