Pinot Grigio, originating from Burgundy, loves not only the climate in South Tyrol, but also the soil conditions. It has found a second homeland here, and has become the most widely planted grape variety.

Winemaker's Notes
Straw yellow with a slight green shimmer. Fruity aromas of pear and apple develop and continue on the tongue. This Pinot Bianco is soft, refined and elegant. Appreciate its freshness, nice acidity and pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
Pair this uncomplicated aperitif with baked curd praline on tomato carpaccio – or drink on its own, at parties and on the patio.

The San Michele Appiano 2019 Alto Adige Pinot Grigio is indeed luminous and bright, with lasting zest and appeal.
