  • Cold settling at 39°F/4°C for 72 hours, then fermented at 60°F/16°C
  • Vinified in stainless steel vats for 6 – 8 months
  • Cellar aged for approximately 18 months at a constant temperature 52°F/11°C
  • Dosage: 7 g/l
Winemaker's Notes

This blended Premier Cru Rosé wears a pink dress with almost fluorescent purple highlights. A fine and elegant nose of floral notes and aromas of red fruits, red currant and raspberry. More indulgent notes of blackberry and blackcurrant candy linger. The palate is sharp and lively with red currant and a crisp, mineral finish.
